Stephen Fry is supporting the Scottish Association for Mental Health's (SAMH) Know Where To Go campaign which, launching today, aims to raise awareness about poor mental health in the country.
One in four people experience poor mental health in Scotland each year, and a poll carried out by the charity found that 800,000 adults wouldn't know where to turn to for support. Fry, who suffers from bipolar disorder, said 'When it comes to mental health there's so much shame and so much stigma that a lot of us hide the fact that something's wrong, and we need to know where to go'.
